The sixth in the series of Collaborative convened webinars was conducted on June 3.
The theme: The direct services workforce yields a “ROI”. The session brought together
an expert faculty of representatives from the long-term business community,
researchers and the public sector. The session presented arguments for and answered
questions as to the benefits of investing in the frontline workforce.
